Slow service, they never manage to resolve the problems, they keep throwing us from one phone to another and never reaching a resolution. Disappointed.

Correct opening hours. Today, 09/15/2020, I was at the bank at 12:30 pm as the stated closing time is 1 pm. There I discovered that the current closing time is 12pm.
